Principal Robustness Validation & Reliability Methods @ Infineon Technologies
Ulrich Abelein holds degrees in electrical engineering from the Technical University of Munich and in economics from the University of Hagen. He started his career as a research associate at the Institute of Physics at the University of the Bundeswehr in Neubiberg, focusing on novel device concepts and manufacturing methods. After that he worked for Audi in Ingolstadt where he was responsible for semiconductor quality, quality requirements and failure analysis. In 2016 Mr. Abelein joined Infineon Technologies as a Principal Engineer. His responsibilities include the development of qualification strategies and reliability methodologies. He furthermore represents Infineon within the Automotive Electronics Council.
