Roger graduated in Mechanical Engineering at Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya (Barcelona) and has a MBA from London Business School. Roger’s career started at Seat Sport as a designer of the Seat WRC, and the moved to UK to join the highly successful Mitsubishi World Rally team working as race and development engineer of Tommi Makinen, amongst other top level drivers. In 2005 Roger was promoted to chief engineer for the Mitsubishi WRC programme. Roger is currently the founder and managing director of R53 engineering, a solution provider for high performance engineering industries, with a focus on suspension systems for all type of vehicles, from motorsport to defence as well as niche automotive. Roger is working is currently working on solutions for EV and autonomous vehicles. Roger speaks 5 languages (Spanish, English, French, Italian and Catalan) and lives in Warwick, UK, with his wife and children.
